Diana is a member of the Colliers Executive Leadership Team and leads Colliers' residential business across Australia, encompassing Project Marketing, Development Site Sales, and Capital Market Living. An accomplished executive leader with 25 years of experience in the Australian property industry, Diana has a deep understanding of the residential property development cycle and market, Diana has a track record of leading teams that deliver outstanding sales results and exceptional customer experiences through a customer-centric approach.
Holding qualifications as an architect and a Master’s in Business, Diana brings a unique blend of creative skills and strategic thinking to drive innovation, project performance and implement operational best practices. Her proven ability to assemble and lead strong, empowered, and motivated teams has been instrumental in her success.
Tim launched PRDnationwide in Victoria in 1999, a market-leading residential property business. In 2006, the business was acquired and merge to become Colliers Residential Victoria in partnership with fellow Director Brett Griffith.
In his role as Managing Director over the past two decades, Tim has developed an unmatched level of knowledge and experience, enabling him to build the most successful and highest performing team in the residential sector.
Tim is dedicated to delivering industry-leading service and solutions across Build-to-sell (Project Marketing), Build-to-rent, Capital Markets, Development Site Sales, Research and Strategic Advisory.
Under Tim’s leadership, the business has represented hundreds of large private companies, publicly listed companies, government departments and institutions.
Tim is responsible for driving more than $20billion worth of apartment sales, he has guided his team with their involvement in more than 70% of the major build-to-rent transactions in the state and built Victoria’s leading Development Sites team.

Andrew has been involved in the property and development industry for over 25 years overseeing in excess of 30,000 property transactions. Having worked on both the developer and agency side he has a thorough understanding of the acquisition, development and project marketing of residential subdivisions, masterplanned communities and medium and high density projects throughout Queensland.

Specialising in Residential Project Marketing, Blake works with the NSW Residential Directors, pitching, listing and managing projects, and the sales team, to ensure the best possible outcomes for our developer clients. Providing regular market commentary and advice regarding design, mix and pricing of their projects. My clients rely on his solid research and market knowledge to assist them in making the best decisions for the success of their project.
He works closely with various teams including project marketing, development site sales, land marketing and general agency to win and retain clients. In addition to the residential project marketing business, Blake works collaboratively with other teams within Colliers International including capital markets, retail and commercial to provide high-level advice regarding their clients' property to service their requirements across all phases of their current and future developments.
Blake currently works as a Director for the NSW Residential Project Marketing business within Colliers International. Within this role he works closely with the Managing Director, Diana Sarcasmo, across all new residential project marketing opportunities both locally in Sydney and nationally. For our clients, we seek to service their requirements across all phases of their current and future developments.
He also works alongside the other NSW Residential Directors, pitching, listing, and managing projects and the sales team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our developer clients. Providing regular market commentary and advice regarding design, mix and pricing of their projects, my clients rely on my solid research and market knowledge to assist them in making the best decisions for the success of their project.
Brett commenced with Colliers in 1998, before joining forces with Managing Director Tim Storey in 2006 to build the market-leading Colliers Residential Victoria business.
As a Director of the business for the past 23 years, Brett has worked across all aspects of residential property including Build-to-sell (Project Marketing), Build-to-rent, Development Sites, Research and Strategic Advisory.
He has established a long list of loyal developer clients who continue to rely on his strategic advice and expertise, including Cbus Property, CEL Australian, LAS Group, ICD Property, 3L Alliance, Riverlee and many more.

Drawing on my 25+ years of real estate industry experience - spanning agency, research, analytics and consulting - I work with colleagues across Australia, who are local market experts, to deliver opportunities, practical solutions and innovative strategies across the nascent Build to Rent and associated alternative living sectors. I support clients to enter and grow their presence in the Australian BTR market.
My understanding of demand, supply, policy and industry factors relating to the spectrum of new residential markets (BTR, apartments, urban regeneration, greenfields) underpins my reputation as a trusted strategic advisor to leaders in the residential development and real estate investment industries.
I utilise my deep industry and market knowledge and connections to extend the reach of Colliers across the increasingly complex mainstream and emerging residential market segments.
I am the National Director of Development for Colliers Australia, a member of the ACT Senior Leadership Team, and former State Chief Executive of Colliers Canberra.
With 36 years of industry experience, I have been intimately involved in the ACT’s development sector and consulted on more than 500 office and residential projects, with a major focus on institutional grade assets. In my capacity as National Director of Development and agent, I am involved in the feasibility assessment of office and residential developments, the coordination of our agency business, client management, and the implementation of our ACT Business Plan and Growth Strategy.
As a trusted advisor, I provide knowledge and opportunities to our valued clients that help them meet their organisational objectives and accelerate their success. The most fulfilling aspect of my role is being an integral part of and seeing major developments come to fruition and form part of our great city.

At Colliers, Joelene supports the Australian Residential team across marketing and communications, with a focus on improving the customer experience across B2B and retail markets. Prior to joining Colliers, Joelene worked on the developer side leading the residential project marketing teams for both private and ASX listed companies. These projects spanned apartments, medium density, H&L masterplanned communities, mixed use and BTR projects.
Prior to working in Property Development, Joelene's background was in advertising working as a creative specialising in copywriting, working across the creative strategy for various property projects across residential, hotels and commercial.

RacheI joined Colliers International (Residential - Brisbane) in July 2014 as a Project Manager, and currently holds the role of Director responsible for project marketing across a portfolio of residential projects throughout South East Queensland.
Rachel holds a Bachelor of Urban Development (Property Economics), Integrated Marketing Communication and International Business from the Queensland University of Technology and a Bachelor of Contemporary Marketing from Griffith University.
Rachel began her career in the retail industry, working for 6 years as a retail store manager before transitioning into the property industry in sales and property management. Prior to joining Colliers, Rachel worked for private Brisbane based property group, Acuity Property Solutions, in the role of Marketing Manager, providing sales and marketing support across all areas of the business, including development management, project sales and marketing and investment divisions.
Zoe joined Colliers Residential Victoria in 2006 as Receptionist, soon after she was promoted to Executive Assistant to key Directors Tim Storey & Brett Griffith, gaining invaluable experience across all aspects of the business.
Zoe became a Director in 2014 after establishing herself as a highly regarded member of the team and a leader within the Project Marketing division. With more than 15 years’ experience, Zoe has had direct involvement in over 20 Projects equating to approximately $7billion in property sales.
Aside from her impressive sales results, Zoe has made a significant contribution to innovation within the business, having driven numerous technological advancements that streamline sales processes and drive apartment sales for developer clients.

Andrew is a qualified accountant commencing his career with AV Jennings responsible for the the South East Queensland Housing Division. Andrew has been a Director of Project Marketing for Colliers International for 25 years working for developers including Made and Crafted, the Sunland Group, the Doma Group, TJ International, Cedar Woods, Villaworld, Stockland, QM Properties, and Dexus. Current developments which Andrew leads the project marketing team include the 160 Macquarie St., St Lucia.

Luke Hayes is a committed sales professional working in the specialised Projects division. Nancy joined Colliers Residential Victoria in 2006. In her role as Director, she is focused on driving off the plan and established residential sales.

With over 39 years' experience in Real Estate, Peter has become an expert in prestige project marketing and auctions, bringing a wealth of experience, knowledge and integrity to the Colliers International residential team.
Peter works alongside his fellow Directors to manage and lead the NSW Residential team, overseeing the marketing and sales teams to ensure a high level of service is provided to our vendors and purchasers alike, and that they achieve success through their parnership with Colliers International.
Prior to Peter's current tenure at Colliers, he owned and operated a successful franchise in Neutral Bay for 8 years focusing on auctions and high-end Residential before joining Colliers International for the first time in 1998. In 2007 he joined CBRE Residential Projects and was earmarked to grow the resale business and focus on high-end residential projects before then returning to Colliers International.
During Peter's years in Residential Real Estate, he has been instrumental in some record breaking sales at Milsons Point, Neutral Bay, Potts Point, Abbotsford and most notably set a record in Sydney with the sale of the Hyde Penthouse for $12.5m. Ben joined Colliers Residential Victoria to lead the Relationship Management team in 2015. Prior to commencing with Colliers, Ben’s expertise was in the legal profession.
He worked as a Foreign Legal Consultant in Beijing for 3 years and then as a Solicitor in Melbourne for another 5 years, gaining invaluable experience in professional services and building strong relationships in Asia.
In his role as Director, Ben has established himself as an integral part of the team, leading the sell-out of several of Melbourne’s most iconic residential projects, including the recent sale of the two penthouses at Collins Arch. These residences were the final two in the building, resulting in the complete sell out of the project.
Driving innovation and strategic growth within the business, Ben lead the expansion of Colliers Residential Victoria’s team within China through the opening of the ‘Collection by Colliers’ Shanghai showroom in 2021.
Ben is known as a great leader and a supreme communicator, utilising his English and Mandarin language skills fluently and interchangeably as required.

Cyndi joined Colliers Residential Victoria in 2015. In her role as Associate Director, she is focused on driving off the plan sales across our Projects.
Prior to commencing with Colliers, Cyndi held the position of Sales Manager within a Partner Agency where she built a strong network of investors and buyers throughout China, Singapore, Malaysia and Hong Kong. These enduring relationships enable Cyndi to sell over 100 off the plan apartments in a year.
With 10 years’ experience, Cyndi has developed a deep understanding of the Melbourne property market and the factors influencing investment from overseas buyers.
As a senior member of the sales team, Cyndi is able to share her knowledge and experience with her colleagues, providing hands-on coaching to junior sales staff.
